The products we offer as Muzzo hold the BRCGS (Aerosol and Consumer Products) certification, a global consumer products standard. In line with our environmentally conscious company policy, we provide fully risk-analyzed, world-standard, and safe product supply.
Our production infrastructure has been audited and approved under the international BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) standards by TÜV-SÜD Turkey. We base our operations on ILO (International Labour Organization) occupational health and safety principles, continuously improving the social performance of our supply chain.
Our packaging facility, commissioned in 2003, is equipped with the latest innovations in tin can aerosol packaging technology. Our aerosol cans are manufactured in the 100mm–300mm height range, fully compliant with international FEA standards.
Our modern plastic injection department, operating since 1994, meets our own products' cap needs with 7 injection, 4 crushing, and 2 blow molding machines, while also exporting caps to the global market.
By establishing our own metal printing line in 2011 to add value to our aerosol can production processes, we eliminated external dependencies and achieved 100% fully integrated production capability.
